When you open the app, choose License Operator (ULO) — this is the role for running leased licenses.

Paste your unique License Lease Code into the app and tap Continue. Use it within 2 hours of receiving it. Don't have a code yet? Get your license here ↗
4. Sign in
Connect a supported Web3 wallet or sign in with email and complete the one-time OTP. Both methods work the same.
5. You're live — start earning
Once you see a green checkmark in the app, your license is active and background participation can generate UP rewards.

Tips to maximise rewards
- Allow the app to run in the background in your device settings.
- In the Unetwork app, set battery to Unrestricted.
- Keep phone uptime as high as possible — higher uptime means more opportunity.
- Keep your connection simple: Wi-Fi and/or SIM card.
- If the app becomes unresponsive, clear the cache or Force Stop, then reopen.
- Minimum: Android 7 or higher · iOS 15 or higher.

3 Identity verification troubleshooting
Get verified on the first try.
Identity verification (sometimes called KYC) confirms who you are before a withdrawal is released. Check every point below before you submit again.
Verification & ProofBefore you submit again
- Do not upload screenshots. Upload the original PDF, or a clear photo or scan of the physical document. Photos of a screen and screenshots of PDFs may be rejected.
- Avoid statements exported directly from a banking app. Use an official PDF requested from your bank, a paper statement, or another accepted proof of address such as a utility bill, government letter, or rental agreement.
- Make sure the file is not password protected.
- Show the entire document, with a small margin around every side. It should be clear and well lit, with no glare, shadows, blur, or anything covering it.
- The document must clearly show your full name, full residential address, issuer, and a date within the last 3 months.
- Make sure the name and address entered in the identity-verification form match the document exactly, including spelling, order, and formatting.

If your first two submissions fail, ask for help in this chat before attempting the third.
After 3 failed submissions
If your third submission also fails, contact support@unetwork.io and include the exact timestamp and timezone, your license ID, your Unetwork account email, a clear description of the problem, and what you already tried. Do not include passwords, private keys, or sensitive information.

No. Your phone can keep generating background rewards while the app is active and connected. You can earn more when you choose to complete additional tasks in the app, but background participation does not require constant checking.
Each license has a 12-month lease period. A license is bound to one device when activated.
Use Android 7 or higher or iOS 15 or higher. A normal smartphone with a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is enough — no special hardware is required.
The current directory includes Connections to Unetwork, Caller ID testing, SMS testing, Connectivity Verification, Surveys, and Extended Telemetry. Availability and status can vary by region, device, carrier, and current demand.
No. Connections to Unetwork and some telemetry activity can run in the background. Caller ID and SMS testing may ask you to confirm what arrived on your phone. Surveys require you to complete the survey when one is available. Always follow the instructions shown in the app.
Surveys are consumer research tasks that use the reach of real devices in real locations. They appear from time to time and are region-based, so not every operator will see the same opportunities.
Survey submissions are reviewed by the survey provider. After a successful completion, the amount may appear under Pending rewards while the submission is validated. A rejected submission does not move from pending to credited.
Extended Telemetry is a beta opt-in task that can use approximate city-level location information to strengthen network verification. Precise location remains on your device.

Background participation can begin after your license is activated and the app is running. A green checkmark in the app indicates that the license is active.
Surveys completed in a given month are finalized on the last day of the following month if they pass validation. Depending on timing, a Survey can remain pending for around 60 days.
Yes. Identity verification (also known as KYC) is required for both crypto withdrawals and bank transfers. Use accurate identity information and follow the verification instructions in the management portal.
Use the Unetwork Management Portal at manage.unetwork.io. Sign in, open Rewards, complete identity verification if prompted, choose Crypto or Bank Transfer, and follow the instructions shown. See the How It Works page for the full flow.
- Crypto: minimum $5 USD and maximum $150 USD per withdrawal.
- Bank transfer: minimum 200 UP and maximum 1,000 UP, with a 1,000 UP 24-hour limit.
Use the Google Play or App Store version when it is available for your device. If you switch between builds, uninstall the previous build and install the new one cleanly rather than installing one over the other.
Set the app battery setting to Unrestricted (or "Don't optimize"), allow background activity, keep phone uptime high, and lock the app in your recent-apps screen when your device supports that option. Battery cleaners or sleeping-app settings can also stop background activity.
Check that the app is signed in, connected, updated, and not being force-stopped by battery management. Keep the phone reasonably cool and verify that the required permissions are enabled. Task volume also varies by location, eligibility, and demand.
Upload an original PDF, or a clear photo or scan of the physical document — not a screenshot. Make sure the document is unprotected, complete, recent, legible, and matches the name and address entered in the form exactly.
Share the device model, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Avoid sharing passwords, private keys, identity documents, or other sensitive information in a public support channel.
